No REFUND policy. Exchange is allowed if we are contacted within 7 working days after delivery.

Note: Due to mass production hair weight may be 10-20 grams more or less. 100 grams is the average weight. 

How many Ombre braiding bundles do I need for individual braids?

Customers use 15(+) for jumbo individual braids and 8 -10 bundles for medium to small individual braids. 

Alternatively you use 3 of our 82 inch Luxe bundles (cut in half or thirds) for the bottom and 2-3 ombre bundles for the top -for that perfect splash of colour.

Alternatively, you can use 3 of our 82 inch Luxe bundles and add one bundle of ombre braiding hair as a highlight. Be expressive. Be you!!!

Can I cut the Ombre hair?

If you cut the ombre braiding hair in half it will damage the ombre affect. Using the full length of the hair is best and what we highly recommend. However, if you want the hair shorter then we suggest you begin cutting from the bottom up. 

How soon will I receive my hair?

We process in stock hair bundles within 24 hours of your order. You will then receive your order within 3-5 working days (within the UK). Express shipping (next day delivery) is available for in stock items on request – within the UK only when ordered before 10am.

Pre-order items will take 15-25 working days to process and allow for an extra 5 working days for delivery. Most times processing and delivery will take about 13-15 working days.
